Keep in mind this is just a person saying "I had a vision/dream that JFK would be killed" after it happened. If she had made a report at the time of the dream, then it would be way more interesting.

"FBI report subject had vision two months before it happened". Where does it says "Subject reports they had vision"?

I don't see any indication that the report was taken before JFK's assassination. In fact, it was taken afterwards. So she is saying, a month later, "I had a vision two months before it happened." There's no record of the vision from that time so she could be making it up.
