When they say "the CIA employs" does that mean they get money? If so, how much?

hehe. Some people are afforded for very little. Some people make ungodly amounts of money. It is like real life but in the shadows, the ability to make deals can be far more lucrative. Meaning work 5 years and then retire.

I know contractors.
