He supposedly had cams set up but they didn't record. I bet they streamed to the now missing hard drive, which Jesus was supposed to deliver to whomever ordered the shooting after they got done shooting and he put the second killshot in Paddock, to make it look fresh.

Just speculation but it's all adding up.
