Three possibilities: 1) there is something in these pages that will make CIA/FBI look bad, incriminate someone, or generally solve the mystery. 2) nothing there. Which would beg the question of why anything was classified in the first place, placing suspicion on security agencies who would have scrubbed the files of any info. They are big phonies, basically. They would likely try to refute this argument, leading to the only option left: 3) they are a huge money burning organization that has had their heads up their butts for half a century, and can't be trusted with anything. They are so incompetent and stupid that their lives are a waste of meat, and they are the laughing stock of the entire world for their ridiculous errors and shoddy filing system. I doubt they think of themselves in this way, leading us back to #2...

Download it on a linux hosted vm with a freebsd image running. Airgap the machine before decompression with wireshark running and capture the packets. Read the shit then reverse the snaphot or format the vm virtual hard disk - and you might just be ok.
