1945 - 1940 = 5 years * 365 = 1825 days * 24 = 43,800 hours / 2.5 = 17,520 bodies cremated, assuming they were ovening people 24/7 for 5 years straight.
Even if they had 30 concentration camps with 10 furnaces each, running constantly for the entire war they wouldn't hit 6 million.
And isn't even taking disposal of that volume of remains or fueling 300 cremation furnaces for 5 straight years into consideration.

The main factor is the amount of accelerant needed to burn that many bodies for that duration, would have made Germany wealthier than Saudi Arabia.
Does anyone remember why their Panzer division was ineffective, despite being superior? No fuel to sustain them.
If Germany had that much fuel wealth that they could burn that many bodies, they wouldn't have lost the war due to resources.
