I am part of a race, and gender, that people are trying to get rid of. And to be honest I wouldnt mind if I was being replaced with something more superior. But unfortunately for humans and our planet, the majority of the world are selfish dirty criminal retards.
I have been promoting a market, voluntary, form of eugenics for quite a while. I have been opposing forced dysgenics, or welfare & prohibition, for a lot longer than that.
A healthy society should incentivize healthy, happy, successful, intelligent, people to procreate, and unhappy, unsuccessful, dumb, people, from procreating. I can think of many ways to encourage this, but the single biggest one, and the only necessary one, is freedom. A truly free market does the trick.
Government is the disease posing as the cure. Most people aren't anywhere willing or able to accept that, but focusing on prohibition, and forced redistribution of wealth, should be obvious for everyone. That's as close to the root as many statists will ever come.
Replace willing slaves with free marketeers. That's a righteous evolution that requires no force, but the refusal of force.
