I was in the South Carolina National Guard. We NEVER went outside for stuff like this. We always used other soldiers, govt civilians, and in rare cases, family members.
Yep. Orangeburg, SC appears under the Columbia craigslist, so it would say (Columbia), not (Orangeburg).
Also, 770 is a Georgia area code, and while I suppose it's entirely possible that "Bob Jones" put his cell phone number, it seems unrealistic that a hiring officer for the national guard wouldn't have and utilize an office phone actually contained in the area of the base.
