These "cyber-attacks" are all bullshit. They need to cut the people's ability to organize through the Internet and are going to use this excuse right before Jade Helm begins to track down dissenters. Wait for it.

I can't see myself believing some 'hacking team' is taking down stock exchanges.

the NSA tracks everything you do on the internet, it has real time access to your credit card account, knows exactly where you are through your smartphone. "hacking team taking down the stock exchange isn't too hard to fathom.
