His calculations are based on the .223 cartridge. What are the chances the Soup agencies are going to report they found multiple calibres on the ground, or in the people killed.
I also heard 2 specific guns with different timings.... this video explains this a bit. I might be hearing the rounds off the pavement, then the report from the rifle. But it sounds like one gun has a higher firing rate.
Given what he;s shown, and the video I have seen, the apartments or the dirt mound (if it is there) are probable locations.
