No. These are bump stocks, right? You need to have a second hand on the gun to have any degree of accuracy since the whole gun is moving back and forth as well as any other recoil movement (like up, right, etc)
I agree with the analysis of bump stocks, but do we even know which of the 30 (?) guns were used? What caliber? Were they guns equipped with bump stocks?
