No. These are bump stocks, right? You need to have a second hand on the gun to have any degree of accuracy since the whole gun is moving back and forth as well as any other recoil movement (like up, right, etc)
This, except a bump-stock actually physically needs two arms to even work. It's just how they function: the forward arm acts like a spring, to move the rifle forward and against the trigger finger, to fire.
