No other video shows the blinky light better than this one, and it is blinking FAR AWAY (time-wise) from when any sort of gunfire happens at all..
If you see any one still believing in the 4th-floor gunfire thing, you might show them this video..
I still have little doubt the las vegas shooting was a false flag, but we also shouldn't believe some thing just because it fits our narrative if we have proof that it isn't true..
This is a video of the flip-off man, although most of the videos I found of him start the video too late (they start with showing the guy him self) and don't have the part before that showing the building's blinky light.. But this one has it.. Sorry for twitter link (I don't even have a twitter account, but it is hard to find other places for this video)..
Watch this video and watch around the 00:52 mark on the very left side of the video.. It is retardedly obvious that the light is blinking and no gunfire is even remotely (time-wise) being fired: https://twitter.com/KyungLahCNN/status/914792983374979072
If any one can provide other back-up links to this video in other places, please do so in case this twitter video is removed for some reason.. Thanks..
Edit: Also around 00:13 when the gunfire stops, you can still see the blinky light blinking for seconds after gunfire completely stops.. In other words, there is no time when you can see the building where that light isn't flashing..

So the question is, why was a light that can be mistaken for muzzle flash placed in that window...

I've seen a couple of "muzzle flash" videos, from different floors. My theory: it could be. a reflection of the actual muzzle flash, off some piece of shiny something away from the building.
So for one video, the reflection back to the building is on the 10th floor, and for another, in a different place at a different angle, the reflection is off the 3rd floor.
Or it may not be a muzzle flash at all.
