Okay. That wasn't a gun on the 4th floor.

How do I know? The video was taken from a much closer point to the building than the ones from the concert, so there'd be minimal delay between the flash and the sound it produces, so they'd be more or less in sync. Not only are they not in sync, but you see multiple flashes after the sound of the shots stops. If anything the flashes would stop before the sound of the shots.

Note that this might not be correct if the video and sound aren't in sync.

ya the more I look at these 4th floor videos, I don't think it's that.

The windows, those things probably require a crane to install? Plus you see another bit of flashing lights on the far right of the building. I noticed that too, once the sound of the gun stopped, the light kept flashing.

It's vegas, there's tons of lights around. Could be a lot of things.

The answer is definitely in the windows. The windows don't open wide enough to shoot through. If there was a shooter coming from a lower floor, the window would absolutely have to have bullet holes in it. It could absolutely just be a reflection especially with the lights that are everywhere across the street. I'm not buying it for proof of a second shooter.

Reflecting off 1 window only? ??

Show me the bullet holes in the window and I'll be convinced there was a shooter there. If there's not bullet holes there was not shooting coming from that room. I don't have an explanation for what the flashing is but it can't be muzzle flashes coming from inside the room if there are no holes in the window.

The light was probably coming from inside the room rather than a reflection. Besides you should say the window was busted since there will be over all damage from multiple bullet holes.
