The "muzzle flash" amount doesn't match the sound of rounds amount on that one. And she is close enough that it should pick it up.

Nope, not at all. The flashes were blinking before the sound started and continued to blink after the sound stopped. Appears to simply be some sort of "strobe" light to me.
