Just look at the zombies around you for the answer. It is absorbed through the tissue in your mouth, which is highly absorbent. That's why taking meds sublingually is recommended for people with absorption issues.
Not sure whether you're being serious or facetious but there are plenty of natural toothpastes on the market that are fluoride free. They take a while to get used to as they contain no sodium laurel sulphate so don't foam. Or you can take organic coconut oil and swish it round your mouth for 20 Min each morning. Then spit and rinse with warm water. Instead of brushing. When you first do it you think you'll vomit but you soon get used to it. The results are pretty good. My gums used to bleed all day long. After doing this for a few months, they stopped bleeding for good.
No! It's 20 minutes. Any less is ineffective, any longer is counter productive because any toxins start being reabsorbed through the mucous membrane in your mouth. Trust me, after a week you will be fine with it. Alternately, you can buy one of the over-priced natural toothpastes. But a word of warning, still check the ingredients as some contain sodium laurel sulphate. We are trusting by nature, how could we have known the powers that be would execute a slow kill strategy against us on every front by poisoning our water, food, cosmetics, etc. Since you obviously care about your health you might want to ditch your anti-perspirant too because it contains aluminium. The last place you want that is your armpits as it causes breast cancer in men and women. You may wish to consider switching to a natural one. And let's not start on sun block creams................................

I wonder what impact fluoride would have as just a mouth wash compared to ingesting it through drinking water.
