Degenerates elite cabal's goal is to control every group of people possible. Apart of organized crime there are single and disorganized criminals, who represent a threat to the degenerates elite cabal. In order to control even single and disorganized criminals, the degenerates in power managed to make the prison as a gathering community for criminals, where they are allowed to socialize freely and enjoy leisure, instead of being a real correctional confinement utility. This way, instead of suffering for their crimes, these single criminals are being initiated to join organized criminal groups and become obedient slaves of the degenerate's elite cabal. Have you ever seen criminals harming TPTB? That's right, it never happened. TPTB managed to transform prisons in their own recruiting & training camps for single criminals by simply using their ACLU organization bullshitting everybody that criminal degenerates are human beings too and have their rights inside prison.

Shit, I never thought about applying what you just said to higher levels of criminal activity. I know that street gangs network with each other but you definitely have a point that (((TPTB))) can and will use expendable mafiosos, Crips, Peckerwoods, MS-13, whatever for enforcement.

this is good, but too organized for a privatized industry.

traditionally, the only recruiting occurring in prisons happened between government agencies and convicts they needed.

everything else is theatre. corps introduce new products through canteens and other social services onsite. states bank off of canteens. states bank off labor in the regions surrounding prisons. states bank off of experiments and research.

human's greatest weakness is memory. with prison, it's only a matter of time before someone forgets, disappears, or just doesn't bother to give a shit about something... employees come and go, often. and lots are hired because of their continuing affiliation with other officers inside or in the local pd. and typically, many employees shut down in ways that make them just get in, and get out most weeks. observation suffers because interest is low.

unless you're a fed prison, or cm, its run locally with a few key players. too much cost involved with controlling an infrastructure.
