Hi, first post ever on VOAT! I am a student right now and have access to their entire library. Not. One. thing. I have even talked to the old guard professors, and they never heard of this project or this Tom Bagby guy. There is a Wendell Bagby, but he is a supervisor for a janitor staff. I can't find any thing on him thru directories or articles or announcements. Not only is there nothing on Project Irma, but nothing on any humanitarian project with Guatemala. The Columbia College library is a giant archived catch-all; if it happened, it would show up there. I'm going to keep searching. My best guess is this is a pay to play or money laundering op.
Please let us know if you do find something, or in this case don't find anything. And can archive your search via screenshots (without anything personal details. IE: don't doxx yourself).

This leads me to a photography group WPPI 2009 he was a part of but may be innocent. There is a Flickr group under that name and am a bit nervous to go thru that. May get a bit pizza-gatey.
