during the same time, we've seen accusations of cloud seeding during a major hurricane: https://tinyurl.com/yb6c5qlu

now we see irma becoming a behemoth: https://tinyurl.com/ycqnyabs

it seems plausible that the government is responding to the cuban sonic crisis with weather, unfortunately florida is caught in the wake.
