Found this video after looking at the proliferation of capital controls all over the globe. Cashless Society Will Make BANK RUNS Impossible as Nations Begin to Collapse! What head pictures dost thou have, or in other words, what do you think?

Capital controls don't matter very much.

The "Cashless Society" is being implemented with media conditioning and social engineering.

I agree with you that we are being conditioned and engineered through the media into asking for a cashless society to be implemented as soon as. I also think that the guy in the video has a point - i.e. that the capital controls are simply just another part of this conditioning process.
