Have you seen the front page of v/conspiracy today? Its like the sub got taken over by 12 year old trolls, if I want to hear stupid racist profane tirades I can go to xbox live or something like that, this does not belong in v/conspiracy. If this is about axolotl, I'm supporting him, I've looked at the comment removals from v/conspiracy, and everything he's removed falls under either rule 1 or rule 2. He's removed 2 comments in the past year, both were a violation of rule two. As I see it he is actually enforcing the rules of v/conspiracy, if anyone has any issues with that, their issues should be with the rules of v/conspiracy and not the person enforcing them.
If I'm missing something please let me know, otherwise I dont care that he's a mod on reddit, half the people on voat probably came from reddit, I couldnt care less that he called this his subreddit, I dont care what he does unless he's abused his power somehow, and at the moment I dont see it.
yea you're missing the point of this entire community. I want to clean up this community and get rid of blatant censorship. Literally, look at both the second to last post AND comment he removed! They weren't spam. One comment only says "Reddit Cancer" Is this a nationality or ethnicity?? LOL! Why are you protecting him???? He gets to define spam now? That could be seen as an attack on his creed in my opinion. Could you just link the other posts and properly quote the comments you have doubts about? What I'm saying is I will not support this stupid witch hunt until I see some proof Axolotls been abusing his power, and as I see it these issues could be resolved perhaps with some more information on the rules.
Seriously though, there was a flood of nonsense spam to this sub within the past 24 hours, the last thing we need is to remove axolotl, and speaking for myself the last thing I want is some new mods here. How are you going to clean up this community?
These guys have no fucking argument so far against you. I just like thinking for myself, and any weak minded fuckers that go along with what the "majority" is saying without asking for some proof shouldnt be near v/conspiracy.
And as for everyone saying "this is voat", voat is comprised of fragmented forums each with their own set of rules to follow. I'm in favor of maintaining fragmented subs with their own rules, like how reddit was before the admins started poking their noses around trying to impose their own rules and make sweeping changes.
As for the trash that gets posted to v/conspiracy, I'm in favor of bringing back a new, better defined rule two, that hopefully will give people their freedom of speech, but not the freedom to abuse it. I say this as someone thats concerned for voat, if this whole website becomes inundated with racist garbage it will not only be super easy to discredit voat, but its painting a target on this website, and after what happened to stormfront I dont want voat getting labelled a hate site, because its not, and never was. Its been said elsewhere, there are subs for people who want no rules so they can insult each other and make idiotic and racist comments all day long, they dont contribute to a conspiracy sub, they are only degenerating here.
