I dont think birthrates matter much in a capitalistic society... The only time they matter is when you have to pay benefits to the older generation, aand you need a constant increase in tax paying youth to pay them. Thats why it is a ponzi scheme. All the places with socialist programs are worried because they cant continue their benefits programs.
