Ok so last night after finishing a joint to myself I return to my room, relax on my bed and start up youtube on my phone to get some music going.
Immediately an advert plays with these two men talking to each other and one of them says "Lucifer" in a really demonic tone then switches to a completely unrelated conversation.
Before that commercial another one played with some guy making a "wah wah wah" sound that felt like it was directed towards me.
Is it possible that (((youtube))) would put certain individuals on a list so that they would receive certain advertisements designed to fool people into thinking they're going crazy?

Call me fucking crazy, but went to parents to visit, pulled up youtube on the roku. Lo and behold there were my playlists. So yes, it is very possible.

Someone (FB?) is comparing your login IPs and has noticed your accounts are logging in from "the other place" -- so "the other place" has opened its gates to you.

Never FB'ed and I didn't log into yputube. We had lunch, talked for awhile, then turned on youtube. I about shit - thats when I really believed wikileaks.

Does their tv have a camera?

I'm convinced they do this with suggested videos - trying to get the other opinion into people, as it were.
In your case though, I'd suggest drug induced psychosis.

Facebook already did an experiment on users like this. So, simply yes.

The Stasi was know for doing that kind of shit to get political dissidents to question their sanity , namely moving objects around. Not saying they're necessarily doing it, but if you want to be conspiratorial.
Possibly a light, subtle form of Zersetzung.
