The car attacks of the past year or so have all been fake. The idea of ramming cars into people did not just materialize last year in an ISIS think tank after cars had already been invented for 100 years. People often bring up Occam's Razor to me, but this requires that all evidence be satisfied, and given the lack of evidence Occam's Razor would indicate that they are indeed being faked. It's the simplest solution that would not be contradicted by anything we see about these things.
Anyway, when you really dig deep into them you see there are connections and they are all being staged probably by the same organization or different outfits thereof.
