All of this focus on politics does not address the fundamentals of why humans are the way they are or the cause of their travails

I understand that these people and organizations are terribly important to you and are very upsetting to you.

They are simply not that important to me.

I consider other things to be more important.

You should not be living in a state of constant fear or terror or upset in connection to these people and organizations.

Even in The Art Of War, it mentions someplace about the need to maintain a calm mind and disposition when considering the actions you need ot take against your enemies.

The utter intensity of your emotions can sabotage your efforts, and focus you on the wrong targets.

This needs to be handled, even just for you own goals and purposes.
