He did start chuckling when mentioning JFKs assassination in a speech. Of course, despite living there and being possibly photographed outside the police station, he can't recall where he was that day. I'm sure they have a wifi senility-guard kill switch with a lot of morphine ready to be deployed if he gets too wordsy. Let's hope a nurse has a video camera.
