What if you found out that the entire USA public had been drugged the past 40+ years, and now the GOV is broke and can no longer afford to drug the water supply?

We must always remember to thank the CIA and the Army for LSD. That’s what people forget. Everything is the opposite of what it is, isn’t it, Harry? So get out the bottle, boy — and relax. They invented LSD to control people and what they did was give us freedom.

I see the John Lennon quote in the article but nothing about the entire USA public being drugged for the last 40 years and nothing about the government being broke and unable to pay for more LSD and nothing about drugging the water supply.

I did, why do you say this? Where do the smoke and mirrors come in? How does lsd come in with it? The entire point of the article must be over my head because I can't seem to get it, that or there is no point because it's pure theory.
