What if you found out that the entire USA public had been drugged the past 40+ years, and now the GOV is broke and can no longer afford to drug the water supply?

We must always remember to thank the CIA and the Army for LSD. That’s what people forget. Everything is the opposite of what it is, isn’t it, Harry? So get out the bottle, boy — and relax. They invented LSD to control people and what they did was give us freedom.

Technically the CIA and Army didn't create LSD, they just learned how to abuse it. Albert Hoffman discovered LSD and took his first trip on April 19th, 1943. Once Hoffman discovered the drug he sent it to a bunch of different doctors and psychiatrists. Then a couple decades later LSD had been popularized as a mainstream drug that people were using regularly. A man named Timothy Leary used to throw Acid parties and a lot of people hold him responsible for getting the drug into the public eye which ultimately lead to its suppression. I believe it was the MK Ultra projects where the military was experimenting with LSD, MDMA, and other psychedelic substances to see if they could use them as a truth drug for interrogations and a mind control substance. What they ultimately found is that when soldiers would take LSD in military experiments the soldiers would have realizations about how wrong the war was and they would want to leave the Army. The Government found that Albert's drug liberated the mind, not suppressed it, so they made it illegal in order to suppress the people.

So U tell me They're not mentioning Sandoz? The story on Hasbarian Encylopedia is that some kind invented LSD, and nobody ever seen it before?

So I know all about LSD, ... but my point of the post is that its a philosophical inquiry, what if all the reality of 50 years of American, was all a bad trip?

Hoffman didn't INVENT LSD its been around since 1600's, know as RYE-ERGOT, grows natural purple stuff on rotten rye sprouts, what Hoffman did is synthesize LSD, ..
