A pattern emerges. I have suspected since 9/11 a promotion of cyber security and private security firms, aka proxy armies, mercenaries. A powerful NSA is hacked/stolen, then released by ShadowBrokers, who could be anyone, including the NSA, CIA, etc. Then one of the 'tools' is used to attack, mainly the U.K. who happens to be a brexit country. Then I start seeing cyber security commercials on television. Is it possible to look at the stock purchases to find buyers who had inside knowledge of the NSA theft? I'm not that swift at digging into the stocks markets to determine who may be involved in insider trading. (The NSA, a powerful SPY agency, loses Crybaby on purpose is the only thing that makes sense)

Furthermore Ratheon is a billion dollar stock holder in Websense/Forcepoint. AIG I think was bailed out 2008 sells insurance for cyber security. http://www.aig.com/business/insurance/cyber-insurance https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forcepoint
