It's happening to me. Magnetic waves, clicks... ruined my life, driven me mad. nicely done, CIA, but you didn't finish the job, a mistake?

They keep clicking at me. Verified by others, verified by equipment.

In that case, use a spark gap to fuck with their comms. It'll still be EM radiation on your part, but it will be consistent.
