What's interesting is the wide spectrum in quality of Hasabra Agents. Some are really, really good. Some are really, really bad.
Especially funny is when you get to witness a good one trying to smooth over mistakes by a bad one. The klunky one gets disciplined via private message, then you see them back-tracking.
