Heard about them years ago. It was interesting at the time but I've thought about it and it just doesn't make much sense. What with mandatory flight plans, etc., it just seems like there would be easier means of affecting some sort of diabolical impact on whatever they're targeting. I don't know, I've just never heard a real compelling argument for them. Not saying it's impossible though.
Watch the video. Definitely unnatural "clouds" as well as ashe. I can't speak as to what there purpose is but they're definitely there and we're not being told why.
