The rest are hiding in UK and US and refusing Iceland's extradition requests.

Source? I looked up your claims, and the closest I could find was Sigurdur Einarsson, who had minor delays due to Iceland having no extradition agreements with anyone else, however he was one of the 7 mentioned above.

Or are sources disrupting the circle jerk?

Ok here are some links: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008%E2%80%9311_Icelandic_financial_crisis#Arrests_by_UK_Serious_Fraud_Office -- note this case has already been dismissed and these guys are gonna get away with everything for now at least https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008%E2%80%9311_Icelandic_financial_crisis#Scrutiny_of_Icelandic_business_leaders -- "Reportedly, all of those under scrutiny are now rarely seen in public and some have apparently left the country." http://www.businessinsider.com.au/iceland-has-hired-an-ex-cop-bounty-hunter-to-go-after-the-bankers-that-wrecked-its-economy-2012-7

Also most likely a lot of these top bankers have friends in high places and so manage to keep their names out of the news. Of course this doesn't mean they are innocent - just ask all those UK pedophiles who were squeaky clean for decades, and even now most of them cannot be named.
