I tried google and Ca court site and could not find any court cases involving XOGEN/XOGEN technologies/ XOGEN Texhnologies Inc. ... I'm struggling with the XOGEN search other than thier shitty website to which my first thought was that it was built by Stephen Glass
It was a shell operation buyout. Big energy corp with controlled board set up a shell: Tathacus holdings. Subsidiary of Crucero holdings I think. They bought the tech OUTRIGHT and shelved it. Investors sued. They came to some settlement, not public though. I can't even find publicly traded options for the company anymore they may have gone private or simply sold to another shell company. Canadian Energy is screwy: they can hide companies in companies and move assets around through name changes and buyouts. Very shady and a lot of big money involved.
