i didn't mean it like that- i just meant it's basically a precursor to the hydrogen fuel cell.
what also pisses me off about these conspiracies is it's almost as if these guys think that just because you have a patent the invention works.i can patent a perpetual motion water fuel cell right now, doesn't mean it works.
I don't think it was a hydrogen fuel cell either. He used resonant frequencies to extract the hydrogen from water. It's something akin to Tesla's scalar wave technology. I'm still researching though....
I don't know about that, but scalar waves as I understand it at this point, are just another form of electromagnetic waves which researchers are just now beginning to experiment with. Today's classical science for the most part only recognize what we could call Hertzian waves, or those discovered by Heinrich Hertz. Tesla further discovered longitudinal, or scalar waves, which he used to build his massive power transmission towers with.
Scalar waves work differently than Hertzian waves, in that the transmitters can "sense" receivers, which is not possible with traditional Herzian waves. Think of it like a radio station that sees a load on its transmitter when you turn on your radio. Herzian waves do not exhibit this phenomenon.
Anyway this is about as far as I've dug into the science at this point. It's really interesting stuff.

this is just a primitive hydrogen fuel cell isn't it?

No. It appears not. Seems far from primitive. See my other comment:

I'm reading the PDF doc now. There's also an hour long video on Youtube about it...

is that the thing people think would give us all free electricity too?
