I know I'll be in the minority here but I'm glad they are.

Humans have proven since we crawled out of caves that we are tribal (even if you want to call our modern Nation States tribal - which I do - just larger) and war like. Nothing has ever changed about that.

I for one would like to know that the defense department for my tribe is looking ahead because if they aren't that's just foolish. You know Russia, China and a host of European nations are probably looking at similar programs but to be fair the Europeans will always be behind every once else.
