Do you think /r/conspiracy is the butt of a plot to either discredit them, or do you think that /r/conspiracy users are members of stormfront and other organizations actively trying to push their own personal agenda?
if you look at Is rConspiracy Racist? you will see that there is never a shortage of racist remarks, holocaust denial, etc.
Just a few years ago it didn't seem to be like that, and now here on Voat, it doesn't seem racist either.

I definitely agree that it is not an ideal situation. I would love it if we had specific criteria which any moderator could be expected to apply without the need to think and evaluate. I definitely think the rule can be reworded to be more precise, or a policy could be written which is more useful than "I know it when I see it", and I suspect it will be impossible to cover all instances of disruption through explicit definition.
