But the recent ban on everything confederate, which identifies much of the southern part of US plus this operation seems like they are preparing masses from everywhere to start a hate or shaming operation on people from the south that ought to reveal against this operation in a defensive manner.

If there is a reason for states like Texas to separate from the union this might be just one, and if individuals take out their flag, the flag that makes them feel represented then is more reason to hate on them.

Its to create a subtle hate even from people from within those states, because the people that could be more prone to reveal against the federal government are people from southern states.
