Is there a reason for the PDF's to be named/ numbered the way they are, or is this simply government ineptitude?

If that wasn't weird enough, where oh where would the link to file #6 be, hmm?

I think this is #vault7 stuff. Check out @anonscan on Twitter. Some recently linked PDF files(only works on PC or Mac) that could be related or some of the same things? I haven't looked through it much..
