Until then I have reason to believe such a law exists as that makes perfect sense, however with all the "secret laws" (whatever the fuck that is) that exist these days under "terror law" it could well be buried now days.
However that is irrelevant, if they want to enact and charge someone they need to have a law, so I guess people would find out at that time.

Also this law implies you live in a police state, as you are now being told under law who you are allowed to privately meet?
