The headline says it all. This info comes from a well-placed friend in Texas. He says the news is being overwhelmed by the story about a football being below regulation pressure in an important game. Typical.

Jade Helm is such an unusual name. What do you think of when you hear the word jade? You think of China, right? Helm is self-explanatory

I Live in Texas and have friends all over and I haven't heard this yet. Do you have an actual written source or is this just "Talk"?

Edit:Texas can't even legally secede. It can break up in to 5 separate states though.

If I had a source I would have given it. My source is a friend in Texas, but I wanted to put it out there. The friend named a politician, but in respect to him, the friend, I won't mention it. Hang on a few days and it might make the papers, but I wanted you to be one of the first to know. You can call me jervy.
