If this country is now owned and managed by a shadowy group, which shadow manages the property insurance? Is there a master company clearinghouse? Is there a dark grand-master of open perils and named perils?

One of our local representatives is proposing a plan which will result in huge numbers of deaths. The powers that be may either wish to prevent it, or take out those dead peon polices on everyone in the area. I'm betting on the 50/50 chance that they may actually wish to preserve some form of life locally, and writing a simple appeal. If not, they can always profit from the short selling. Just don't know who to address it to.
