Flat earth exit hole at the north pole? (Conspiracy)

So a theory that is seemingly becoming more and more likely is that the earth is flat.

If the earth is truly flat then what is magnetically pulling every compass (come pass) to the north pole? On top of that there is a huge green light above it.

What is up there what is happening what is life?
