Doesn't "Corporations" have too much weight? How about "national banks"? A large part of corporations are Media, listed lower on the pyramid. "Corporations" seems like an anti-capitalist attack with little weight.
The whole purpose of a corporation is to shield its owners from exposure (to risk, responsibility, disclosure). And once they get big enough, compartments form and one division won't know what another is really working on, and neither will know how it's used.
It's foolish to call this an anti-capitalist attack when plenty of non-capitalist systems use them.
You are right though that "corporations" should be something like "high industry", "big business", or "commanding heights" and that the media are included in this. But it's a hierarchy - "corporations" are supposed to tell the media what to say and so are owned ( and subservient) to them.
