It's the start of the decline. Anyone who has read Atlas Shrugged will recognize it. Years of socialism have taken needed funds away from important projects and shrunk the economy to the point where we no longer fix infrastructure. Dam failures and other problems will become commonplace in the next 5-10 years if Trump doesn't do what he said he would about taxes and corruption.
Isn't something like 85% of our infrastructure owned by private companies though? It's not my area of expertise but I don't think socialism is the right word.

It's the socialist gibs that are draining money in general. When money is wasted, important things can be ignored.
