Something conspiracy theorists have been speculating for years. Ever wonder why there are few to none clear blue skies anymore? And from a warfare perspective, controlling the weather (including rainfall, or lack of) would be of great use against any enemies.

In the spirit of /v/Conspiracy, I'd like to make the link again with Antarctica; what would be covered underneath the ice, and is that important to so many world leaders, politicians and government officials to visit, that its excavation would benefit from a little warming?
