Ok, there's a lot of hullabaloo over Dear White People. I know controversy moves copy, so I'm not promoting a conclusion yet. I do have a question and something you should watch:

Who is playing the "white" people in Dear White People? How white are they?

I'm asking this because in the 90s, a number of rap videos (including NWA) had characters playing the evil Jew music producer. Scratch around a bit, and you'll hear that Professor Griff, et al, couldn't get stereotypically hymie actors to heeb it up for the roles. In fact, they wouldn't show up for the casting. What they got were Italians and Greeks, who were willing to play ... gah? black-face? kink-hair? crook-nose?

So... who are the white actors? Are they Jews? Complete disposable Hollywood nobodies and this is the only work they can get? Are they beaners playing Mr. White? It may be true that Soros called the shot, but I think it's worth keeping an eye on the cast list.
