The actual paper for the first study is here. Its conclusion is: " The results support the possibility of an adverse effect of high fluoride exposure on children’s neurodevelopment. Future research should include detailed individual-level information on prenatal exposure, neurobehavioral performance, and covariates for adjustment."
The last document is far overstated in your comment: It's a cherry picked list of decades old mistakes. If you want to be taken seriously you'll take that one out of your list.
I disagree on your last point. This is something that most people don't know about and is often left out of debates. There is the potential for mass community overdoses (as it routinely occurs, and this list is not complete) and this fact should be considered when weighing the claimed benefits of fluoridation versus the risks.
By the way, not that I mind, but that person stole part of my post from Reddit:

Harvard meta analysis confirms that fluoride doses attainable within the US cause brain damage
Fluoride in daily attainable dosages within the US lowers thyroid function in people with low iodine levels, and was once prescribed for hyperthyroidism
Fluoride's "benefits" are only topical, meaning there is no reason to eat or drink it
water authorities routinely hire incompetent employees who install defective equipment that subsequently causes mass community fluoride overdoses and poisonings PDF

There's a lot more information there. I'm just glad someone else is spreading it. Cheers!
