Can somebody give the actual formulation and experimental data behind "Scalar Waves" instead of some guy on Youtube?

Listen to talks and read books by Eric Dollard if you want the mathematical and physical formulation to tesla's tech. He uses different terminology, longitudinal dielectric waves instead of scalar but it's accurate.
