I actually think this time hemight be right. The "right" are being elected worldwide, a trend toward ultra nationalism is counter ti the globalist ideal, these leaders are nothing but scapegoats, the globalists will crash the system and blame them, then push electronic currencies.
I could see them doing that. But it would be absurd for anyone to believe that someone who just got elected is responsible for the 15 trillion that was added to our debt in the last 8 years. Spin doctors will probably try though
