The boston bombing thing is simple: There were two explosions, and two bags of different colour. The black backpack seems to match the second backpack.
Not to mention that the entire idea seem dumb as shit. Here we have a group (Government, private whatever), who frankly managed to pull off something amazing with paid actors, keeping hundreds of people silent, ensuring no confounding videos came out, perfect photoshop's evidence that tricks the best in the world, the list of things they need to fake is immense. Yet somehow I'm supposed to believe that this amazing organization, with such close attention to detail, somehow fucked up enough to change the colour of a bag?
That's the problem with 99% of conspiracy theories: They require the American government to be the most super awesome organization in existence, AND the biggest group of fucking retards whenever convenient.
